I received an alert on my computer with sound saying my computer was under threat and do not close down and to call this number. I panicked and on phoning them I became immediately suspicious but he insisted that he was from Microsoft and that he had detected a serious virus. at the end he said he could fix this but would have to pay 3 pounds. I then said but I don't know you so I will not give my card details he then said I could visit a local Microsoft store and they will do the same. I believe this is a scam
